Are you curious about MySpace?  Want to know more about Facebook?  Social networking sites such as these are ways in which people can connect and meet others in an online environment.  As parents, this can sometimes be an overwhelming and scary concept.  Join us for an evening of discussion about social networking sites and even learn how to create your own profile.  Parents are especially welcome to come with questions and concerns.  This program has been developed for the James Kennedy Public Library by Nicholas Wyant, Miriam Sweeney, and Erin Sehorn-Elwell, graduate students at the University of Iowa School of Library and Information Science.
