This is an autobiographic look at Twain’s years as a cub pilot on the Mississippi. He wrote this in 1874—It is relevant today. This is a grand book! I am savoring this book! Mr. Twain writes in a manner that includes the reader. I am so happy to be reading this!!

Immaculee’s tremendous faith in God helped her survive the three months that she was hidden in a bathroom with seven other women. You will be amazed at the courage and strength Immaculee found in her darkest hours. She is truly an inspiration of hope.
