To reserve the Matthias M. Hoffman Community Room or any other meeting room in the library, a reservation form must be filled out and submitted to the library.  It may be faxed or filled out at the library.  This is to ensure that the dates requested will be available.  If the dates requested are not available, the library will let you know.  Thank you.  For a printable reservation form please click here.
